The shop is spacious and has some really good items and discounts , the only problem was that the employees I met weren’t really nice. I asked to call someone about air conditioners and the worker said he would. I waited for 15 min and no one came. So I went back to him and suddenly he said that he could help me. Why couldn’t he initially when he was just sitting in his phone?

Most of the time it’s a great experience. However, today was not the best. Wasn’t the worst, but not the best. I looked with my wife for a good 10 minutes for the color testers in the proper isle. The worker lady passed us and was cordial but didn’t ask if she could help us. Ok no problem. Then my wife got a little sick and had to go wait in the car. So I asked the lady for help to which she responded, “you have to look for them yourself. If they’re there, then you’ll find them.” Of course I went back and looked on both isles again to find nothing. After ten minutes I left frustrated. She was not even that busy, had one customer and could have at least come out and had a look. Like I said, “not the best, not the worst”. But I do expect better customer service from a reputable company. Went back today and another person was working. They were extremely helpful like expected. I did not fill out another form with all my information to be contacted by a manager because I’m not sure what my time is worth pursuing this.
